We had tried to provide here a guideline of measurements when using essential oils and carrier oils:

1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 milliliter (ml)
2 teaspoons = 10 ml
1 tablespoon (tbls) = 15 ml = 3 teaspoons
2 tablespoons = 1 oz
6 teaspoons = 1 oz
10 ml = 1/3 oz
15 ml = 1/2 oz
30 ml = 1 oz

1 ml of Essential Oil (E.O.) = 20 - 30 drops
Most E.O.s are 25 or 30 drops/ml

If 1ml = 20 drops
20 drops = 1/5 tsp E.O.
40 drops = 2/5 E.O.
60 drops = 3/5 E.O.

We normally use the following guide when promoting our below products:

Carrier Oil
1.0 kg = 1,000 gm	about 1.1 litre = 1,100 ml
0.9 kg	about 1.0 litre = 1,000 ml
4.5 kg	about 5.0 litre
9.0 kg	about 10.0 litre

Essential Oil
1.0 kg = 1,000 gm	about 1.25 litre = 1,250 ml
8 gm = 0.008 kg	about 10 ml
24 gm = 0.024 kg	about 30 ml
40 gm = 0.04 kg	about 50 ml
80 gm = 0.08 kg	about 100 ml

When diluting essential oils in a carrier/fixed/vegetable base oil (C.O.), use the following measurements as a guideline:

E.O.	C.O.
0 - 1 drop	1/5 tsp
2 - 5 drops	1 tsp
4 - 10 drops	2 tsps
6 - 15 drops	1 tbls
8 - 20 drops	4 tsps
10 - 25 drops	5 tsps
12 - 30 drops	2 tbls
