Recipe 1: Eucalyptus Steam Inhalation

- 3-4 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 1 Bowl of Hot Water

1. Boil water and pour it into a large bowl.
2. Add 3-4 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil.
3. Cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl, inhaling the steam.
4. Continue for 10-15 minutes.

Recipe 2: Peppermint and Lavender Roll-on

- 10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- Carrier oil (like Jojoba oil or Grapeseed oil)
- Roll-on bottle

1. Add 10 drops each of peppermint and lavender essential oils into the roll-on bottle.
2. Fill the rest of bottle with a carrier oil.
3. Close the bottle and shake it gently to mix.
4. Apply to neck, chest, and bottoms of feet as often as needed.

Recipe 3: Thyme and Oregano Massage Blend

- 3 drops Thyme Essential Oil
- 3 drops Oregano Essential Oil
- 1 tablespoon Carrier oil (like Jojoba oil or Coconut oil)

1. Mix Thyme and Oregano essential oils into the carrier oil.
2. Massage the blend onto the chest, back, and soles of the feet.
3. Use this blend before bedtime for better results. Make sure to cover your feet with warm socks after application.
