Recipe 1: Soothing Dermatitis Blend
Ingredients:
- 5 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil
- 2 tablespoons of Almond Oil

Instructions:
1. Combine the essential oils with the almond oil in a glass jar and shake well to mix.
2. Apply a small amount to the affected areas twice a day until symptoms improve.


Recipe 2: Dermatitis Relief Salve
Ingredients:
- 10 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup of Shea Butter

Instructions:
1. Melt the coconut oil and shea butter in a double boiler until they combine.
2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then add the essential oils and stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and let it harden.
4. Apply to affected areas twice a day, or as needed for relief.


Recipe 3: Dermatitis Bath Soak
Ingredients:
- 10 drops of Geranium Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 2 cups of Epsom Salts

Instructions:
1. Mix the essential oils with the Epsom salts in a bowl until well blended.
2. Pour the mixture into a warm bath.
3. Soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes, allowing the essential oils and Epsom salts to soothe the skin.
4. Repeat this soothing bath soak once a week or whenever your dermatitis flares up.
