Recipe 1: Lavender and Tea Tree Oil Blend

Ingredients:
- 10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 10 Drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

Instructions:
1. Start by melting coconut oil over low heat.
2. Once the coconut oil is liquid, remove from heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
3. Once cooled, add in the Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils.
4. Stir the mixture thoroughly until everything is well combined.
5. Allow mixture to cool and solidify.
6. Apply the blend to areas affected by eczema daily to soothe inflammation and itchiness.


Recipe 2: Chamomile and Geranium Balm

Ingredients:
- 15 Drops Chamomile Essential Oil
- 10 Drops Geranium Essential Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Shea Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Beeswax
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions:
1. Melt Shea butter and beeswax together in a double boiler.
2. Add in the olive oil and stir thoroughly.
3. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, add in Chamomile and Geranium essential oils.
4. Pour mixture into a small, clean container and let it set until firm.
5. Apply to affected areas twice a day or as needed.


Recipe 3: Eczema Soothing Bath

Ingredients:
- 5 Drops Frankincense Essential Oil
- 5 Drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
- 1 Cup Colloidal Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Epsom Salt

Instructions:
1. Mix Epsom salt and colloidal oatmeal in a bowl.
2. Add in Frankincense and Helichrysum essential oils and stir until thoroughly combined.
3. Fill bathtub with warm water and add the mixture in, stirring to ensure it dissolves.
4. Soak in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes. Do this 2-3 times a week to help reduce eczema symptoms.
