Joint Pain
Recipe 1: Essential Oil Joint Pain Blend
Ingredients:
- 16 drops of Rosemary essential oil
- 12 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
- 12 drops of Lavender essential oil
- 4 drops of Peppermint essential oil
- 1 oz of Jojoba oil
Steps:
1. Mix all the essential oils together in a small dark coloured glass bottle.
2. Shake it gently to mix up all the oils.
3. Apply 4-5 drops of this blend to the affected area and massage gently.
4. Do this twice a day for relief.
Recipe 2: Hot Joint Pain Relief Blend
Ingredients:
- 5 drops of Black pepper essential oil
- 5 drops of Ginger essential oil
- 10 drops of Rosemary essential oil
- 20 ml of Carrier oil (like Almond or Olive oil)
Steps:
1. Mix all the essential oils with the carrier oil in a glass bottle.
2. Shake the bottle well for the oils to mix properly.
3. Apply this blend to the painful joints and massage.
4. Use a hot towel wrap over the area for added benefits.
Recipe 3: Anti-Inflammatory Joint Pain Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 drops of Frankincense essential oil
- 10 drops of Turmeric essential oil
- 10 drops of Ginger essential oil
- 30 ml of carrier oil (like coconut or jojoba oil)
Steps:
1. Pour the essential oils into a dark coloured glass bottle.
2. Add the carrier oil on top.
3. Shake the bottle well to ensure the oils are evenly mixed.
4. Use this mix to massage the painful joints for relief.
