Recipe 1: Sinusitis Relief Diffuser Blend

Ingredients:
- 5 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
- 5 drops of Tea tree essential oil
- 3 drops of Peppermint essential oil
- 3 drops of Rosemary essential oil
- 1 diffuser

Instructions:
1. Fill the diffuser with water up to the fill line.
2. Add the essential oils into the water.
3. Turn on the diffuser and let it run for 20-30 minutes. Inhale deeply to help clear your sinuses.


Recipe 2: Sinusitis Relief Steam Inhalation

Ingredients:
- 3 drops of Lavender essential oil
- 2 drops of Thyme essential oil
- 1 drop of Clove essential oil
- 1 large bowl
- 1 towel

Instructions:
1. Fill the bowl with boiling water.
2. Add the essential oils into the bowl.
3. Cover your head with the towel, close your eyes, and lean over the bowl to inhale the steam. Do this for about 10 minutes.

Recipe 3: Sinusitis Relief Massage Oil

Ingredients:
- 10 drops of Lavender essential oil
- 10 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
- 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil
- 4 tablespoons of Carrier oil (e.g., Olive oil, Almond oil)

Instructions:
1. Combine all essential oils with the carrier oil in a bottle.
2. Shake the bottle to mix the oils well together.
3. Apply a small amount of the mixed oil on your finger and gently massage on the sinus area, forehead, and behind ears.
4. Leave it on for a few hours or overnight for better absorption. Note to avoid the area around the eyes.
