Recipe 1: Essential Oil Chest Rub

Ingredients:
- 4 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil
- 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 4 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 30 ml of Carrier Oil (like Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil)

Instructions:
1. In a small container, combine all essential oils and carrier oil.
2. Apply and massage the oil mixture onto the chest, back, and soles of the feet before going to bed.
3. Be sure to store the remaining mixture in a cool, dark place.

Recipe 2: Essential Oil Aroma Diffuser Blend

Ingredients:
- 3 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil
- 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil

Instructions:
1. Blend marjoram, lavender, and peppermint oil together in a glass dropper bottle.
2. Depress the edges of the dropper to release the blend into your diffuser following your diffuser’s particular instructions regarding quantities of oil vs. water.
3. Turn your diffuser on and enjoy the aroma for a peaceful night's sleep.

Recipe 3: Pillow Spray for Snoring

Ingredients:
- 2 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil
- 2 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 1 drop of Lavender Essential Oil
- 1 cup of Distilled Water
- 1 tablespoon of Witch Hazel (optional)

Instructions:
1. Add marjoram, eucalyptus, and lavender essential oil into a spray bottle.
2. Add witch hazel into the spray bottle (optional, as it helps to dissolve the oils better).
3. Fill the rest of the bottle up with distilled water.
4. Shake well before use. Spray onto your pillow and linens before going to sleep.
Note: Always do a patch test on a small inconspicuous area of your fabric to make sure the spray does not damage or stain your linen.
